These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the cleaning services provided by Triangle Luxe Cleaning LLC.
By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide residential cleaning services including Standard Cleans, Deep Cleaning, Move-out/Move-in
Cleaning and Airbnb/short-term-rental turnovers, in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and surrounding
Triangle communities.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices start at $140 for a Standard Clean, $195 for a Deep Clean, $169 for an Airbnb Turnover and $229
for a Move-out Clean. Final pricing depends on the size of your home, the number of bathrooms and the
condition of the property. Quotes given before we see the property are estimates and may be adjusted if
conditions differ materially from what was described.
Booking and Payment
A valid payment card is required to reserve an appointment. You are not charged until the appointment is
confirmed. Payment is processed through our secure booking system after the appointment is confirmed.
Recurring Service Discounts
We offer 20% off weekly cleanings, 15% off bi-weekly cleanings and 10% off monthly cleanings. Discounts
apply while the recurring schedule is maintained. If recurring service is cancelled or repeatedly skipped,
we may re-rate completed cleans at the standard rate.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, lockouts, or an
inability to access the property at the scheduled time may be subject to a fee.
Access to Your Home
You are responsible for providing safe access, whether by being present or by supplying a key, lockbox
or keypad code. Our cleaners are vetted, background checked and insured.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of your clean and we will return and
address the issue at no extra charge. This re-clean is your sole remedy under our guarantee.
Your Responsibilities
Please secure valuables, cash and fragile irreplaceable items before your appointment, and let us know
about pets, alarm codes, or areas you would like us to avoid.
Exclusions
Our teams do not handle biohazards, mould remediation, pest infestations, hoarding conditions, exterior
windows above ground level, or heavy lifting. We will tell you if a job falls outside our scope.
Liability
We are insured and take great care in your home. Please report any damage within 24 hours of service so
we can investigate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the
service in question.
Communications
By providing your phone number you agree we may contact you about your booking by phone or text. Marketing
texts require separate consent and can be stopped at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your booking applies.
